Group Walks

A group walk with plenty of socialisation

We do walk dogs in groups, but of no more than 6 dogs at a time. I have found that they love to interact and play with each other and it can provide them with good socialisation skills. Group walks take place Monday to Friday throughout the year and your dog can join us for a one-hour group dog walk in the amazing countryside we are blessed with in the region.

We will exercise your dog off the lead provided they have good recall, and only in areas where it is safe and appropriate to do so, with your signed consent.

Variety is the spice of life and our walks are varied so your pets won’t get bored. Different places, different sounds and different smells provide much needed stimulation for your dog and we will ensure your dog gets our full attention with plenty of interaction and play.

We can text updates upon request, as pictures and videos are taken for your comfort. We finish the fun with a good towel dry before they return home.

Our small groups are also less intimidating for other people and dogs that we meet out on our walks, and ensure we are able to monitor the dog’s health and behaviour more closely and pick up faeces on walks more easily.

Please ensure that your dog has not eaten in the hour before pick up. This leaves sufficient time for your dog to digest food before any exercise or play. Failure to do so may result in the potentially life-threatening condition Bloat (Gastric Torsion).

Please note: We are unable to walk dangerous or aggressive dogs

One-2-One Walks

Walks tailored to your dog’s physical and behavioural needs.

If your dog is uncomfortable around other dogs, livestock etc. we offer a solo dog walking service where your dog will have the complete attention of one handler.

We will exercise your dog off the lead, provided they have good recall, and only in areas where it is safe and appropriate to do so, with your signed consent.

We try to be as flexible as possible, and so if you or your pet have a specific requirement, i.e. a shorter walk, we will endeavour to accommodate your needs.

This service is particularly useful for:
- Pregnant / in-season bitches
- Dogs in rehabilitation
- Elderly dogs
- Puppy acclimatisation.
