What is the initial process?

We have an initial, obligation free meeting in your home. This takes up to 60 minutes and allows us to meet you and your pet and this way you will always know who will be caring for your pet.

We fill out all the forms to register your pets there and then. All you need to have ready for when we arrive are the following details:

Vaccination records

Microchip number

Pet insurance details

Your vet’s contact details

(Oh, and put the kettle on!)

Once your pet is fully registered, and an assessment walk is completed, you are then ready to make any future bookings as and when you require.
